Take Hismile, for instance ( a product that I’ve tried myself 🥴) : Even with all the bad reviews about their products and customer service, they’ve nailed the brand image, packaging, and identity. BUT when the product doesn’t match up, that can only go so far…Now, with their whole inventory on a 50% sale, it makes you wonder if they’re feeling the pressure to switch things up.
