Hannah Pankratz

NASA Postdoctoral Program Fellow

Hannah Pankratz, a recent Ph.D. graduate in Geosciences from Western Michigan University, is making strides in the field of geological studies. With a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science, General from Albion College, Pankratz's current interests are in the applications of remote sensing and near-surface geophysical techniques in solving a range of geological problems and hazards.

Pankratz's background as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Grand Valley State University and The University of Toledo, in addition to her experiences as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Western Michigan University, have given her expertise in the areas of geological research, teaching, and analysis.

Through her interests in geological hazards, remote sensing, and geophysical techniques, Pankratz is making a positive impact in the scientific community.
