Harvey Floyd II is an organizational psychologist, senior executive coach, and university lecturer with expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion, leading and managing complex change, executive development and coaching, and high performance teams.

Currently, Harvey holds lecturer positions at the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton Executive Education, teaching on topics like Diversity and Inclusion in 21st Century Organizations, High Performance Teams, and Strategic Persuasion. He also serves as an Executive Coach at the Wharton School, focusing on programs like the Executive Development Program, MBA, Executive MBA, and General Management Program.

Harvey is a faculty member at Team Diagnostics, LLC, supporting team coaching practitioners' development, and an adjunct faculty at the U.S. State Department's School of Leadership and Management at the Foreign Service Institute.

His educational background includes a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Columbia University, Executive Coaching Certification from Teleos Leadership Institute, and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
