And it's a wrap! After nearly a decade at Optimizely, it is time for a new chapter for me at Trustpilot.
I am filled with nothing but gratitude for all the time I've shared with so many ambitious colleagues, inspiring customers, and brilliant industry peers. Experimentation is a truly inspiring space that asks you to take risks, tests you, and asks you to just be better than who you were yesterday.
The two most rewarding parts of my career were, without exception, helping people grow in their own journeys, and using our knowledge to influence the field of CRO through research and thought leadership. When I joined Optimizely, I always felt that, being the world's largest digital laboratory, we had the opportunity to improve the careers of so many practitioners by showing them what the real best practices of experimentation are. That passion led to building customer benchmarks that eventually led into a scientific paper together with Prof. Stefan Thomke and Dr. Sourobh Ghosh.
Today the field of experimentation is filled with so many talented practitioners and emerging thought leaders. It felt only fitting that, as a final project, I would help release all of our greatest analyses and benchmark insights into one report to share with everyone interested in our space or starting their journey as experimenters.
If you are passionate about CRO, this document represents the sum of nearly a decade of working with clients and analyzing benchmarks of thousands of customers. I hope the insights here inspire you and help evolve the practice of CRO.
