I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: LeadershipMBA Certificate of Completion from LeadershipMBA with Nils Vinje! It was a great opportunity to flex my leadership muscles, dig into metrics building, operational planning, and executive communication skills with an excellent teacher. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to spread their leadership wings!
Today, I learned that the State of California has a "Disability Terminology Chart" that is actually aimed at talking about people with disabilities with respect. As a member of the disability community, I am a little shocked that I didn't know about this - but I am so thankful it exists. It could be helpful for those companies that are looking to hire a diverse, equitable workforce. Check it out, and remember, be kind and thoughtful to other humans! ❤️
