Hilary Douglas, MPA, is an accomplished program director with a diverse background in higher education, nonprofit, and travel sectors.

With expertise in program management, leadership, mentorship, community outreach, and event management, Hilary excels in dynamic orientations and presentations.

Holding a Master's of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Classical Civilizations from University of California, Los Angeles, Hilary has a strong educational foundation.

Currently serving as a Program Director for Undergraduate Fellowships at Haas Center for Public Service, Stanford University, Hilary is focused on preparing university students for internship experiences both domestically and abroad.

With a keen interest in facilitating student development and implementing new CRM and application portals, Hilary is dedicated to aiding individuals entering the workforce and excelling in project management.

Having held roles such as Vote Center Representative, Assistant Director, Community-Engaged Scholarship, Volunteer Coordinator, and various managerial positions in the travel industry, Hilary brings a wealth of experience to any setting.
