Irena Shiba is an experienced Risk Manager in the financial services industry with a strong background in Nonprofit Organizations, Corporate Social Responsibility, International Relations, Philanthropy, and Fundraising. She holds an M.P.A. in Nonprofit Management and Public Policy from New York University, a B.A. in International Development Studies and Political Science from McGill University, and attended Stuyvesant High School. Prior to her time at Citi, she worked as a Coordinator at United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), interned for Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton at the United States Senate, and served as Chief of Staff and Director of Constituent Services at the New York City Council.
