During her tenure at ACG, she emphasized the importance of leveraging digital platforms for educational outreach, enhancing awareness on conditions like IBS, IBD, liver disease, and colorectal cancer.

In 2015, Jacqueline transformed her renowned blog, Gastro Girl, into a cutting-edge digital health company, Gastro Girl, Inc., dedicated to offering individuals with GI expertise and evidence-based resources to enhance their healthcare decision-making and treatment adherence.

Gastro Girl evolved to become ACG's official patient education partner in 2016, later introducing GI OnDEMAND in 2019 as a comprehensive virtual care and support platform for gastroenterology.

Passionate about empowering patients, Jacqueline Gaulin remains active in the speaking, writing, and consulting spheres, with a focus on gastrointestinal health, entrepreneurship, and female founder initiatives.

Her educational background includes a Master's degree from The Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor's degree from Wheaton College Massachusetts, and certification as a Health Counselor from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners via the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
