This month we released a new product, and I can honestly say it's the most excited that I've ever been about something we've built. It's called a RealReport, and it aims to uncover risks and answer all the questions you might have about any property in the country. Real estate data is notoriously fragmented and hard to access, and with the RealReport we're fixing that by working with many of the best data providers in the industry, and making their data available to anyone that needs it.

We've been adding new data sources into RealReports every week, but today we're announcing one that I'm particularly excited about. We've just added a wide range of climate risk information, which mean that you'll have access to flood risk, wildfire potential, air quality, earthquakes, tsunami danger, and more for any home in the US.

I know from personal experience how critically important climate risk data can be. In 2020, my wife and I had an offer accepted on a property in California, only to be rejected by 10 insurance companies for wildfire risk. This was information that neither we nor the seller had, and it almost resulted in us being forced to buy an uninsurable home. Thankfully, we were able to get out of the deal, and that experience led to me wanting to solve that problem for others. Now with RealReports, everyone has access to the types of data that will help prevent issues like I experienced.

If you want to try a report, head over to https://bhr.fyi/. If you have any questions or want to learn more about how RealReports can help you in your business, don't hesitate to reach out. Let's revolutionize real estate data together.
