Highlights
Well, the time has come to hang up the leash at Rover.com. After three transformative years, it's time for a change. A heartfelt thank you to Mike Jewell, Farzahn Farange, Ian Magnone, Garett Tabor, Jose D. Manzanilla, Kate Brenden, Camilo Gomez, Rory Kelly, Emily Nguyen and the rest of the team for all the invaluable lessons and experiences.
Next up for me: I'm taking a brief career break to focus on giving back to my community with Seattle Public Schools. As Career and Technical Education STEM Advisory Chair, I'll build industry partnerships and support students as they explore tech and prepare for their post-high school careers. (I'm especially excited to work with student leaders in the robotics lab and advocate for BIPOC students as they build promising STEM careers.)
Please reach out if you'd like to connect for coffee (real-life or virtual) in the coming weeks. I'm on the lookout for new career challenges and would love to hear what my network has been up to.
Oh, and keep an ear out for some new music too. Onwards!
