Currently at Capital One, Janet is actively involved in establishing the design team structure and operations within the Machine Learning and Tech realm. Prior to her current role, she honed her skills for 7 years at Impekable, where she spearheaded the growth of the design and delivery team, which successfully delivered top-notch digital product experiences for various clients ranging from startups to Fortune-ranked companies worldwide.

In her capacity as the Director of Operations at Impekable, Janet worked closely with diverse stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, standardize design capabilities and processes, elevate employee and client satisfaction, refine service offerings, boost profitability, and sharpen the focus on strategic leadership and key executive initiatives.

Janet's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Japanese Studies from UCLA. Her professional journey also encompasses roles such as Design Operations Manager at Capital One, Director of Operations and various managerial and design positions at Impekable, as well as earlier experiences in UI/UX design, project management, and graphic design across different organizations.
