Highlights
After years of exposure to Gallup CliftonStrengths and playing with the tool along the margins, I'm now a certified Strengths Coach! 🤓
If you or your team want to better understand your unique talents and how to use them with purpose and intentionality, I can help with that. In a culture that tends to highlight our deficits and shortcomings, we can unlock so much potential (and create more human centered workplaces) simply by focusing on what we do WELL!
Massive thanks to Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the state for walking the talk by investing in meaningful professional development for me and many others 🙏
Well, today was my last day working for UAGC! I'm thankful for all the great people I got to meet and work with, as well as for the folks who believed in me and gave me a shot. After my customary week-of-peace between jobs, I'll be jumping onboard as a Learning Design and Training Specialist with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's Professional and Organizational Development team 😁 shout out to Kourtney Oldham and Nicholas Boehlke for the advice, perspective, and encouragement in this job search, and to Jenn Stewart for being the truest teammate this past year!
