With over 30 years of experience in senior and executive management roles in public and private companies, Jeannie has been instrumental in developing Diversity & Inclusion initiatives at industry-wide levels in Information Technology and Health sectors.

Jeannie's vision at Jeannie Consulting is to create truly diverse and accepting organizations by implementing practical and systemic changes that transcend beyond mere compliance.

Her educational background includes studying Advanced Certificate in Microcomputer Technology, Electrical Engineering at TAFE NSW and attending Carnarvon Senior High.

Formerly holding key positions such as Principal Project Manager LGBTIQA+SB at Mental Health Commission of Western Australia and Co-Chair of the Australian Computer Society's National Diversity & Inclusion Council, Jeannie has made significant contributions to promoting inclusivity.

Jeannie's expertise extends to industries including State and Local Government, Health and Mental Health, and IT and Software Development, offering services such as training, policy development, project management, and action plan implementation to support organizations in meeting diversity goals.
