Highlights
Since my eldest child’s autism diagnosis it’s been really important to me to create an environment at work that supports Neurodiverse individuals.
So I’m proud to see Deliveroo bringing the experiences of our neurospicey colleagues out into the open with an honest and candid panel chat to recognise Nerodiversity Celebration Week.
Thank you to everyone who made this happen.
Edit: I should mention that even doing something small like creating a slack channel can be hugely impactful.
So I don’t usually use LinkedIn in for personal reasons but I’m trying to get in touch with anyone at Oxbridge who can help me out.
I signed my autistic son up for Oxbridge home learning when we realised mainstream education would not work for him.
They promised unlimited access to tutors, but refused to have any regular sessions with him. The limited feedback we got was unhelpful. And, the website was so buggy that he was unable to stay focussed on the task because of his neurodivergency.
I’ve requested a refund, but have been refused because we are outside of the 2 week trial period. Seriously, how can you tell in 2 weeks.
Shame on you Oxbridge do better. I want my money back.
