Highlights
The summer semester flew by; it seems we started just a few hours ago!
So many good things happened these past few months, too many to list.
One thing is certain, these students will make a positive difference in the world. Don’t they look sharp?
I wish I got a picture of the streaming class as they were just as awesome.
A lot has been written about this week’s US Open tournament.
Bryson DeChambeau won by a stroke in a thrilling contest that came down to him and Rory McIlroy.
Bryson stayed until 10 pm Sunday evening signing autographs, what a class act.
Rory finished second, but not as much was said about Rory’s real win. He chose to keep his marriage and family intact.
I recognize this is not the case for everyone, but for those in his earning and fame echelon, it is a rare event.
This week, Rory earned my respect not just for the great game he played, but more so for the wise family decision he made.
This week, Bryson earned my respect for great sportsmanship on and off the course.
Congratulations to both of these fine people and players.
This is one reason I love golf.
P.S. These pictures were taken in Dubai before Rory was Rory.
