I am addicted to starting companies.
In 2007, I wanted to share a taxi to work and ended up digitizing commuter engagement for governments and companies across the US with RideAmigos, taking millions of cars off the road annually.
In 2015, I wanted to push content to my friend's lockscreen over a phone call, and built Vyng, Inc., an app with 20mm downloads and 5 billion lockscreen videos played, eventually selling to DigitalReef.
In 2021, I became inspired to bring people together in a time of unprecedented separation. Focusing on offering connection to distributed teams through VR, ending the plague that zoom is on company culture. Today, my newest venture Morpheus XR comes out of stealth with an awesome write up in Forbes. We've already worked with Google, Meta, Shopify, Adobe, Gensler... and we're just getting started.
While some days I wake up saying, "I can't believe I am doing this again," days like today make it worth it. Excited to be on this journey with visionary architect Misha (Mikhail) Krymov, culture thought leader Jennifer Regan, and our amazing team.

Today, I'm incredibly proud to announce that the company me and my best friend Paul Kats founded eight years ago, Vyng, has been acquired by DigitalReef, a global digital marketing company. We are humbled and incredibly proud of the accomplishments we have achieved during our time together as a team.
When we started back in 2014, our goal was ambitious: to build a product that impacts 100s of millions of lives. And here we are today—it's been an incredible journey that only happened because of the hard work and dedication of all the amazing people who were part of that journey with us.
It took grit and determination to bring our vision to life, but those values were always at the heart of what we were doing—to make something special that innovated on the long-forgotten lockscreen. We worked tirelessly for months on end to bring this partnership to the finish line – leaving no stone unturned and no phone call unanswered —and it paid off when we had faith in ourselves and the process.
We didn't just create a product; we created an experience unlike any other. Our mission was always to provide something more than just an app or software solution—we wanted to give people joy while they used our product, no matter what they were using it for. That's why 10s of millions of users chose Vyng for billions of conversations.
Investors also saw value in our mission, which ultimately led us to this momentous day. Vyng will live on within a much larger organization that has the ability and desire to put Vyng on over half a billion devices. It's not every day that you get the opportunity to be part of such an incredible story like ours, so we feel truly blessed with this outcome.
