Jen Randle, a native Californian, is dedicated to driving systemic change from the corporate center towards more just and equitable spaces. With a focus on inspiring companies to dream big and operate abundantly, she partners to execute strategies that bring meaningful impact. Jen's expertise lies in business strategy, systems-thinking, branding, and communications, having worked with renowned companies like Nike, Pinterest, Virgin Brands, and Juul Labs on complex human-centered design challenges. She notably led the implementation of an unconscious bias program for 175,000 individuals across 8,000 stores, guiding Starbucks' response after a widely-publicized racial incident in one of their Philadelphia stores in 2018. An alumna of Columbia Business School and Howard University, Jen is currently exploring her passion for writing and collecting peloton badges during the pandemic.
