Jennifer Ashton is a professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the field of sports and player development.

She holds a Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment from Victoria University and has also completed the Mental Health First Aid Course through Mental Health First Aid Australia. Additionally, Jennifer attended Niddrie High School for her secondary education.

Jennifer's career includes various roles at the AFL Players' Association, where she served as the Wellbeing Services Coordinator, Player Development Coordinator, and Education & Training Grant Coordinator. Prior to her time at the association, she was involved in Sports Law at Lander & Rogers.

Her experience in sports administration, player education, and wellbeing services makes her a valuable asset in the realm of athlete support and development.
