With over 20 years of experience in both domestic and international settings, Jennifer has led multidisciplinary teams in complex work environments.

Her expertise spans various subject areas, including policy and technology solutions for decarbonization and sustainable development challenges for communities and organizations. Jennifer excels in developing strategies, programs, and operational improvements to drive sustainability goals. She is well-versed in clean energy workforce challenges and actively contributes to the growth of domestic hydropower and marine energy industries.

Jennifer's core strengths lie in fostering collaborative environments, analyzing complex issues, problem-solving, developing innovative solutions, and effective communication of technical topics. She holds a master's degree in civil engineering with a focus on sustainable development, a bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, and is a Certified Professional Engineer, Energy Manager, and LEED Accredited Professional.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has held key positions at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, including roles as Group Manager for Workforce & Energy Systems Transformation, Hydropower Sub-Program Lead, and Strategy, Policy & Implementation. Prior to this, she worked as a Sustainability Project Manager at NREL and held various roles at organizations such as Malcolm Pirnie, the Democratic National Convention, and CDM, where she contributed to resource recovery efforts.
