Jennifer Hyman

Dynamic, mission-driven communications leader

Jennifer Hyman is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in humanitarian assistance, global health, and international economic development. She currently serves as the Head of Communications for the HALO Trust (USA), the largest humanitarian landmine clearance organization globally.

With over two decades of experience, Jennifer has held various communications leadership roles in renowned international development and humanitarian relief organizations such as the Global Health Council, Global Communities, Land O'Lakes International Development, the International Women's Media Foundation, Living Goods, PAI, and The HALO Trust.

Jennifer's career trajectory started in human rights work and journalism before transitioning into the international NGO sector. She has worked in approximately 60 countries and is proficient in Mandarin Chinese, having studied it at Columbia University and Peking University.

Jennifer Hyman holds a Master's degree in International Policy and Practice with a focus on International Development and Humanitarian Assistance from The George Washington University.
