I am thrilled to share that after 8yrs+ embedded in the fintech ecosystem, I have joined the GTM team at OpenAI.
I have always been drawn to systems and tech that can unlock positive change by increasing access and human potential. That is what drew me to fintech, both as an investor and a builder. That is what drew me to AI.
I have also always been drawn to great teams and good people. The founders, co-investors, partners, and friends who I have been fortunate to work with, learn from, and be in service to are a constant inspiration. I know this won't change in this next chapter. After all, OpenAI is nothing without its people.
Thank yous are in order as I would not be here without so many.
Arjuna Costa, Alexandre Lazarow, and the entire Flourish Ventures team provided a platform to learn and serve amongst a global community of boundless missionaries. Thank you.
Dimitri Dadiomov and the Modern Treasury team took the leap on an investor turned builder. You allowed me to test the hypothesis that I loved not only building long-term, trusting relationships but also transforming learnings into a value-add, scalable product. Thank you.
Stanford University Graduate School of Business provided a community at an inflection point in AI to experiment and explore freely. Thank you.
Sheel Mohnot, Jake Gibson, and the entire Better Tomorrow Ventures community provided a family of inspiring founders and the right pushes at the right time. Thank you.
I view this step as a culmination of the little dots that only connect looking backward on a career driven by impact, service, learning, and people. I could not be more excited for this chapter to join James Dyett and the OpenAI team. Let's do this 🚀
