Jenny Krasny is an experienced professional in the field of organizational psychology, safety, and risk management. She currently serves as the Implementation Lead for Safety Technology, Collision Mitigation and Elimination of Live Work at Caterpillar Inc., a position she has held since September 2022.1 With almost 20 years of local and international consulting experience, Krasny specializes in strategy development, culture change, leadership development, and risk management in industries such as mining, construction, engineering, and manufacturing.1
Krasny's educational background includes a Bachelor of Behavioural Science from La Trobe University, a Bachelor of Applied Science and Honours from Deakin University, and a Masters degree from The University of Queensland.1 She is a registered organizational psychologist and has recently completed a Human Centred Design Micro-credential from CQUniversity.1

One of the most rewarding parts of the work that I do involves the people I meet and the stories that they share. So, when the community reached out to me and asked if I might put on a series of informal networking events where they can meet one of the many faces of the industry, I jumped at the chance.
The result of this effort is the WIQ Fireside Chat series, where each month I engage in a discussion with a woman from industry, hear their stories and share some "nuggets" on how to thrive... all while having some nibbles and a glass of bubbly to close out the week.
