Jenny Lay-Flurrie is a dedicated leader and advocate for accessibility and inclusion, who firmly believes in the power of technology to empower individuals and drive positive social change. Currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Accessibility Officer at Microsoft, Jenny leads initiatives to ensure that the company's products, services, and processes are accessible to all.

In her pivotal role, Jenny collaborates with a team of experts spanning accessibility, product development, and disability inclusion. Together, they spearhead programs and engineering endeavors within Microsoft to promote accessibility and product inclusion across the organization. Jenny works closely with both internal and external partners to integrate accessibility into the company's culture, strategy, and innovative pursuits, focusing on aspects such as representation, skills development, technical assistance, customer relations, website and product accessibility, as well as AI and innovation. She also oversees the establishment of robust operational frameworks and nurtures a motivated workforce. Additionally, she holds the esteemed position of executive sponsor of the Disability Employee Resource Group and is an active member of the Inclusion Council at Microsoft.

Jenny Lay-Flurrie's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Music from The University of Sheffield, an MBA in Management from the University of Bradford, and an Honorary Doctorate in Engineering from The University of Sheffield. Her extensive professional journey has seen her holding key positions at renowned organizations, including Microsoft, T-Mobile, Energis (Cable & Wireless), and Mirror Group Newspapers.

Throughout her career, Jenny has demonstrated a strong commitment to driving accessibility, innovation, and inclusive practices. Her leadership and expertise in the realm of accessibility make her a significant figure in the tech industry, shaping the way for a more inclusive digital landscape.
