Webflow is growing like a (thoughtful and intentional) weed, and we are hiring for roles across the board! Are you looking for your next opportunity or know someone who is? Send them my way!
I am hiring two front end roles for my team to help build the future of Webflow apps. Shoot me a message!
Seven weeks ago, I made the difficult decision to step down from Awning, a company that I worked to build alongside Shri Ganeshram, Danaus Chang and Andreis Bergeron. We started three weeks before the onset of the pandemic, and navigated every possible challenge associated with starting a remote-first company during COVID-era. I am incredibly impressed with the tenacity/grit of the team, especially given the turbulence of the real estate market, and I have no doubt that the team will continue to build amazing products to serve an antiquated industry desperately in need of innovation.
Today, I'm excited to announce that I have joined Webflow's Growth Team alongside a powerhouse crew including Utkarsh Sengar and Marvin Guerra.
Webflow is the epitome of the used (and abused) analogy "rocketship". Everyone knows what that entails, so I won't double down on that cliche. What is more impressive is their commitment to ~~~intentional~~~ growth. As the door closes on the VC-fueled "growth at all costs" status quo, Webflow has made a conscious decision to scale in a sustainable manner. My incredible conversation with Bethany Sarica (she/her) surrounding how the company intends to navigate the economic climate was the catalyst for my decision.
There is a lot of work to be done, and I am thrilled to be involved in the next chapter of a product that I am a customer of and truly believe in 🚀
