Jessica Puma is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and a wealth of professional experience in the field of education and social work.

She holds a Bachelor's degree from Columbia University in the City of New York, a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Hunter College, and has also completed High School at The Taft School and a program at School Year Abroad.

Jessica has contributed to various organizations, including The New York Foundling where she served as a Per Diem Road to Success Tutor and previously worked as a (K-6) and Road to Success Tutor.

Her past roles also include being an Urban Education Fellow at Great Oaks Charter School NYC, a Patient Relations Summer Intern at Mount Sinai St. Luke's and Mount Sinai Roosevelt, a Spanish Tutor at Prep for Prep, and a Language Resource Center Receptionist at Columbia University in the City of New York.

Jessica Puma has also gained valuable experience as an Education Department Intern at CancerCare.
