Jim Coleman is an experienced professional with a background in Systems and Information Engineering, having studied at the University of Virginia. He also holds a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online.

Throughout his career, Jim has held various leadership positions in Customer Success. He was the former VP Customer Success at Parsec before it was acquired by Unity. Additionally, he has served in advisory roles at the University of Richmond, Fantasizr, and other organizations. Jim has also worked as a consultant both independently and with companies such as Totango and CallidusCloud, where he held several VP positions and was involved in Solutions Architecture.

Prior to his customer success roles, Jim Coleman gained valuable experience in technology and consulting. He has held positions such as Senior Solutions Consultant at Progress, SOA & BPM Subpractice Lead at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), and Head of Center of Excellence at Appian Corporation.

With a diverse background spanning across various companies and roles, Jim Coleman brings a wealth of expertise in Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, and Consulting to the table.
