Jing Liu is a highly accomplished individual in the field of Education Policy, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland. Jing holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics of Education from Stanford University, where also earned a Master's Degree in Economics. To further enrich expertise, Jing pursued a Master's degree in Economics of Education from Peking University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on Public Finance. Jing's passion for continuous learning is evident through attendance at the 4-Week Summer School focusing on Development Economics at the University of Oxford. Prior to joining the University of Maryland, Jing gained valuable experience as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Brown University and held various roles as a Teaching Assistant at Stanford University and Peking University, as well as a Research Assistant at the Center for Education Policy Analysis at Stanford.
