Joana Baptista

Joana Baptista is a 19-year-old entrepreneur, founder of three startups, and student at the University of Oxford. She read Economics and Management and is an advisor for the Institute for the Future of Work. Baptista is also a 2-time TEDx speaker who has given talks at Facebook's International Women's Day, Oxford and Cambridge Universities, and to HRH Princess Anne. She is the winner of several awards, including the WeAreTheCity Rising Stars Entrepreneur and the Women of the Future Young Star Award. Baptista is an #iWill ambassador, and part of #teamQCT. She is also a Youth Panel member at the Peter Jones Foundation, a former Women's Officer at St Hilda's College, and a former Consultant at the Oxford Strategy Group.
