The Negotiations Collective is seeking a highly organized and proactive Schedule and Operations Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week) with the potential to transition to a full-time role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating Zoom meetings, assisting with grant applications, organizing content, managing certificates, conducting surveys, among other things. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and effective communication internally and externally with our clients.
The NC is headquartered in Calgary, AB. While there is a preference for an in-person role, a hybrid work arrangement may be an option based on the quality and location of the candidate.
We'll miss you Samantha Sperle! As sad as we are to see you go, we're also excited (and proud!) of the incredible future you have ahead!
As a former college basketball player, seeing the NCAA women's tournament elevated to this level of viewership has been amazing.
