Jody Kelman is a tech executive and product leader currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Customers at Lyft since April 2023.1 She is responsible for building products that connect people with each other and the world, leading teams of product managers, designers, user researchers, engineers, data scientists, operators, and customer care leaders.1
