Verizon - Get it together - or at least begin to operate like the two companies you are instead of trying to hide behind the curtain and act like you are one.....I recently had five accounts with Verizon...Two with Verizon Business and Three with Verizon Consumer - all in my restaurants. In fact I actually had one Consumer and One Business in ONE account because sales oversold, and underdelivered. The phone number could not be ported so when their data lines could not manage to live up to my needs I had to subscribe to a second service for band width and pay two services for one location.....At no time could I get anyone to help resolve, figure out why the phone could not be ported. Even got elevated to the corporate customer support team - ANOTHER FAIL....
Thank you Comcast for coming to play - no down time, 1/3 the cost and great customer service.....I just wish you could support my fourth location....
