I finally bit the bullet this year and completed the University of Oxford's Advanced Coaching course with Graham Wilson. It was excellent, not a generic GROW model in sight, and significantly deepened my respect for and knowledge of the art and science of Coaching. Graham's content was thought provoking and I also learned much from my talented classmates. Since I "retired" from being a CEO and Founder in 2018 I've been fortunate enough to Chair three fantastic companies through growth and on to successful exits. All these companies, and those I coach and advise, had many years of achievements behind them when I got first involved. Zing Dev Limited has been very different, I've been there since day 1. It's the nearest I've come to what I once decided I'd never do again, be involved in starting something new. So I'm especially proud and delighted to see Julian Hucker and Jordan Edmunds power through what is always the most challenging growth phase growing from $0 into $millions of revenue and go on to announce their first significant fundraise. I'm excited about the future as Zing further expands in the USA and strengthens its AI proposition.
