Highlights
In 2019, I was fortunate enough to be interviewed by David Liggitt of datacenterHawk. During our conversation, we laid out the primary drivers for what was then a very hot hyperscale cloud-driven market. While we were both enthusiastic, I proposed that within only a few years AI would be an order of magnitude game changer on demand. At the time, we thought AI-related demand could reach an unfathomable level of more than 2GWs per year. Well, so much for being bold… In 2023, global leasing increased to more than 7GWs and 2024 has seen continued strength. See what we are saying about the scale of future demand in David’s latest podcast interview with me. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Please Join Me in Supporting the 2023 JDRF One Walk
Dear Friends & Colleagues.
Last year, I reached out to you all (or all y’all in the proper Texan lexicon) about my son, Aaron, and our family’s journey since the time he was first diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. With your help, the support of our family, and encouragement from the JDRF, we were able to raise a remarkable $35K+ for critical research on T1D and support for people affected by diabetes – making Aaron’s team, The A Team, the leading fundraiser at the 2022 JDRF One Walk across all of North Texas and Oklahoma.
I am once again calling out to the community for support as the JDRF One Walk event approaches on November 11. With only one month until the event, we have a limited time to marshal resources to again make a difference for all those living with T1D. As for our family, we are stepping up our commitment to this effort and I am extraordinarily proud that Aaron will serve as one of the Co-Chairpersons for the 2023 JDRF One Walk. In many ways this role is culmination from a series of events that begin on the day he was diagnosed. T1D may have altered Aaron’s path, but it also turned out to be an incredible opportunity for my son to look beyond himself and ask – and answer – what his role in the world was and how he could make it a better place for more than just himself.
As I noted last year, with T1D there are no days off and there is no cure . . . but there is hope. Scientific advances are being turned into therapies that are changing the course of T1D. Please join me in supporting Aaron in his quest to raise money for the JDRF and, together, we can help provide the critical resources necessary to help those suffering this condition.
