Jordan Herbison

Dr. Jordan Herbison is a highly accomplished individual in the field of Sport Psychology with extensive experience as a researcher, writer, teacher, and applied mental performance consultant. His research focuses on team dynamics, group-based identities, moral behavior, psychological resilience, and grit in athletes, culminating in publications in top journals. Dr. Herbison holds a Ph.D. in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Queen's University, along with a Master's degree from the same institution. He pursued a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship specializing in Kinesiology at McGill University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of British Columbia, as well as an Associate of Science in the same field from MCC. With a rich educational background, he has held notable positions such as Professor at Vancouver Island University, Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at McGill University and Queen's University, Applied Mental Performance Consultant at Skyward Active Health, and roles in management and athletics marketing.
