Jordan Levy is a seasoned entrepreneur in the field of education technology, known for founding two successful EdTech companies focused on facilitating students' transition from education to the workforce.
His approach involves integrating genuine companies into the educational process, offering hands-on collaborations for learners, exposing them to various industries and job roles by engaging in real projects with actual stakeholders and consequences.
One of his ventures, CapSource, streamlines the creation of scalable experiential learning and hiring initiatives for schools and industry partners through both free and premium software solutions. This platform enables educators and industry mentors to efficiently manage and expand high-impact case-based and project-based programs tailored to help emerging talent learn, connect, and secure employment.
CapSource has fostered partnerships with over 1,000 industry collaborators including notable names such as DoorDash, True Religion, and the American Cancer Society. It has facilitated interactions with more than 10,000 young professionals from 150+ global institutions like Harvard, the University of Notre Dame, and the SUNY System since its establishment in 2017.
Before launching CapSource, Jordan initiated Real Time Cases, a company that garnered over $2 million in venture funding. He started this endeavor while pursuing his undergraduate studies at Lehigh University, majoring in Accounting, Finance, and Entrepreneurship.
Aside from his professional endeavors, Jordan has a diverse range of interests, including Landscaping, Gardening, Photography, Travel, Cooking, Mixology, Modern Art, Blogging, Podcasts, Sailing, Tennis, Hiking, Event Planning, Shabbat observance, Public Speaking, Photography, and mentoring and connecting with fellow entrepreneurs.
Educationally, Jordan attended Great Neck North High School for his high school education and went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree from Lehigh University with a focus on Accounting and Finance and a commendable GPA of 3.64.
In terms of his organizational involvement, Jordan currently serves as the Executive Director at CapSource Education and had previously held positions such as the MBA Advisory Board member at Post University, Principal of Business Development at Exbo Group, CEO & Co-Founder at HireOptimize, and Co-Founder at Real Time Cases, Inc.
His early professional experiences include roles such as NYC Metro Audit Intern/Transactions and Restructuring Intern at KPMG US and serving as the Chapter Treasurer at Beta Alpha Psi during his time at Lehigh University.
