Jordan Marhoefer embarked on his culinary journey in a small, family-owned restaurant during his high school days in Indiana.

His passion for cooking led him to attend the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont, where he honed his skills and gained practical experience.

Jordan's professional path led him to intern as the lead line and banquet chef at The Sanderling Resort and Spa in North Carolina, where he showcased his talent in modern southern coastal cuisine.

Impressed by his abilities, Jordan was offered a full-time position at The Sanderling Resort.

In Charleston, Jordan continued to excel in the culinary field, working as a line chef at Cypress under the guidance of renowned chef Craig Deihl.

His culinary expertise expanded further when he served as the head Sous Chef at Hominy Grill under the mentorship of acclaimed chef Robert Stehling.

Jordan's role as Chef de Cuisine at The Golf Club at Briars Creek provided him with valuable experience in kitchen management and operations from 2008 to 2013.

Since September 2013, Jordan has been the Company Chef at SIB Development & Consulting Inc., where he contributes to the company's culinary excellence and culture.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Jordan enjoys a fulfilling family life with his wife Kelly and their two children, Jacob and Haley.
