Highlights
It's a privilege to have been a Webbys judge for the last couple of years. And, I continue to be, this year.
The standout submissions have a high standard of interaction design, creativity, and (linear or non linear) narrative and storytelling. The agencies and in-house brand teams that create and submit are delivering increasingly innovative angles every year, which keep everything moving.
This year, my (safe bet!) presumption is there's going to be an increase in Gen AI integrations, and Web AR. Ultimately though, the choice of tech is often unrelated to the brilliance. The brilliance is: the communication effectiveness, the impact, and the achievement of intended goals.
Get your work in. 💥 🏆 The deadline is Friday, December 15th.
Photorealistic first-person gaming - this is definitely one to watch in the future. Currently observable in the form of Unrecord, a UE5 powered game.
I would say this has big potential for photorealistic music-oriented interactive and immersive experiences, as well as gaming.

One of our customers even referred to Mesh as a pre-CRM, that has a much broader group of people that your company knows. Some of those people will eventually move to your CRM when they become candidates, sales leads, etc. Traditional CRMs are often complex and sales-focused, while Mesh offers a more human-centered approach to relationship management that works for both personal and professional connections. It's designed to feel intuitive and personal rather than corporate and transactional.
