With the acquisition of VMware by Broadcom, I've taken on the role of Senior Program Manager, Sustainability and ESG at Broadcom!
The next years will be foundational and exciting as we work toward tackling the challenges of decarbonizing the Semiconductor and Software industries. I look forward to building out the Sustainability & ESG program in a far-reaching and critical industry.

I’m thrilled to share last month I joined VMware’s ESG Office as their Sustainability and Net Zero Manager! I traded in my consulting hat to apply my Sustainability and Climate Change experience to one company’s Net Zero journey.
My 1st week I dove right into drinking from the firehouse, and headed to VMware’s HQ for our team on-site to strategize for the next FY. I was delighted to see sustainability embedded into the company culture, and to meet such a passionate and motivated group of colleagues collectively striving toward VMware's ambitious 2030 goals.
I’m excited for this next chapter in my career and the journey ahead - VMware has made great strides toward a more sustainable future, but there still much to be done!
