Julien Chassany is a highly educated professional with a strong background in humanitarian and European studies.

He holds a Master's degree in Human Rights and Humanitarian Law from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, a Master's degree in European Studies with a focus on European Foreign Policy from Université libre de Bruxelles, and has studied at Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Grenoble.

Julien Chassany has a rich and diverse work history, with extensive experience in various organizations such as the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where he held roles ranging from Advisor to Head of Sub-delegation to Field Delegate and Protection Delegate.

He has also worked as an Associate Protection Officer and Associate Programme Officer at UNHCR, as well as a Legal Analyst at the United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trial.

Julien Chassany's experience extends to roles at the French Embassy in Cambodia as a Scholarship and Education Programme Officer, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) as a Short-term Election Monitoring Officer, and the Ministère de la Défense and Ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Développement international as a Political Analyst.

His expertise in human rights, migration, protection, legal analysis, and political analysis make him a valuable asset in the field of international relations and humanitarian work.
