Justin Leste is a multi-faceted individual with a diverse background in the food industry, law, and real estate.

He is a Juris Doctor graduate from the University of Oregon School of Law and has also studied Industrial Arts at San Francisco State University.

With a unique skill set, Justin is an Apprentice Butcher and Charcutier, having trained at various establishments including Artisan Meat Share in Charleston, SC, 4505 Meats in San Francisco, CA, and The Local Butcher Shop in Berkeley, CA.

His culinary expertise extends to cooking, having studied at renowned restaurants such as Incanto in San Francisco, CA, and Baywolf in Oakland, CA.

In terms of professional experience, Justin has worked as a Legal Extern at Vacasa and held positions at Olsen Barton LLC, Clif Bar & Company, and New Leaf Paper.

At Clif Bar & Company, he served in various roles including Production Manager at Kali's Kitchen, Executive Sous Chef & Manager at Kali's Kitchen, Food Safety Project Coordinator, and R&D Project Coordinator.

Currently, Justin is balancing his legal education with ventures into real estate investment while gaining valuable experiences in fatherhood and husbandry.
