In response to the economic challenges posed by COVID-19, Justin founded Paper Chase to assist companies in navigating the Federal market, with a focus on business development, new market entry, corporate innovation, raising capital, and public sector engagement.

Justin's expertise lies in creating revenue streams, executing policy priorities, and fostering relationships with industry stakeholders, government officials, contractors, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, and labor unions.

With a background in setting up TSA post-9/11 and holding key roles in the Department of Homeland Security, Justin has managed large organizations, substantial budgets, and essential strategic initiatives.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government/Economics from Wesleyan University and has held various leadership positions in notable organizations such as Apple Cart Ventures, Cubic Corporation, SureID, Inc., Till Mobile, Measure, icix, 19 Vine LLC, and L-1 Identity Solutions.
