She served as Vice President, HR Business Partner at Salesforce, where she was responsible for crafting and executing HR strategies that aligned with the company’s objectives. In addition to her role as Vice President, Justine also held several senior positions at Salesforce, including Sr. Director of Employee Success Business Partner and Director of Employee Success Business Partner, where her efforts contributed significantly to the organization’s overall success and employee engagement.
Before her time at Salesforce, Justine made substantial contributions at Tiffany & Co., where she served in multiple roles, including Sr. Director of Human Resources for US Retail, Director of Human Resources for US Retail, and HR Manager for various markets within the company. Her extensive experience at Tiffany & Co. helped her develop a keen understanding of retail HR dynamics, allowing her to effectively manage talent acquisition and employee relations. Justine's career began at Borders Group, where she served as an HR Specialist, further solidifying her foundation in human resources management.
