Kaitlin Giles, M.S., is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in psychology, marketing, and business. She holds a Master of Science in I/O Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, as well as a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Spanish from the same institution. Kaitlin also pursued international studies and Spanish at Universidad Pablo de Olavide.

Prior to her time at Southern Nuclear, Kaitlin Giles worked at the Jefferson County Commission, where she held positions as a Senior Assessment and Development Specialist, as well as an Assessment and Development Specialist. Her contributions in leadership development and training were recognized during her tenure as a Leadership Development and Training Intern at the Tennessee Valley Authority.
