Kath Regan is a highly experienced marketing leader with over twelve years of diverse experience in high-growth tech, creative agency, and government sectors across major cities like New York City, London, and San Francisco.

She has successfully managed global marketing programs and budgets, executed large-scale integrated campaigns, and excels in fast-paced creative environments.

In her most recent role as Director of Activation at MKTG in New York City, a prominent experiential marketing agency, Kath oversaw a substantial program involving 2,500 brand activations annually in the United States for global FMCG brand Diageo, with a budget exceeding $10 million.

Before her stint at MKTG, she served as the Global Experiential Production Lead at LiveTiles in New York City, where she handled over 100 integrated marketing campaigns across 15 countries.

Kath has also contributed to Silicon Valley's marketing landscape by working at Coinbase, a leading cryptocurrency company, and as a Producer at Graffiti Experiential.

Her notable achievements include producing the TAC’s 'Ungiven Gifts' installation, which received a prestigious Gold award at the 2014 Cannes Lions Festival.

Kath Regan pursued her education by studying Bachelor of Journalism at Monash University and further enhancing her skills in Future Skills and Digital Marketing at RMIT University.

Throughout her career, she has held diverse roles such as Partnership Advisor at Transport Accident Commission (TAC), Director of Production (Freelance) at Graffiti Experiential, Account Manager and Producer at MKTG, Executive Assistant and Marketing Manager at Coinbase, and more.
