Kath Regan is a seasoned marketing leader with over twelve years of experience in high-growth tech, creative agency, and government sectors in New York City, London, and San Francisco.

She has managed global marketing programs and budgets, led large-scale integrated campaigns, and excels in dynamic and creative work environments.

In her most recent role as Director of Activation at MKTG in New York City, she oversaw a $10M+ program of 2,500 brand activations annually for global FMCG brand Diageo.

Prior to that, she served as the Global Experiential Production Lead at LiveTiles in New York City, where she directed over 100 integrated marketing campaigns across 15 countries.

Kath has also held positions in Silicon Valley, including marketing roles at Coinbase and as a Producer at Graffiti Experiential, where she notably produced the award-winning 'Ungiven Gifts' installation at the 2014 Cannes Lions Festival.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Journalism from Monash University and studies in Future Skills and Digital Marketing at RMIT University.
