Katherine Crider is a committed advocate for social causes, focusing on strategic management and organizational development to address issues of poverty and inequality.

Her educational background includes studying Korean Language at Sookmyung Women's University, a Bachelor of Science in Music with a concentration in History from Indiana University Bloomington, an MPA in Public and Non-Profit Management and Policy from New York University, and participating in programs at the Institute for European Studies in Vienna.

Katherine has held various roles at WaterAid America, starting as a Development Associate and moving up to Operations Manager and then Associate Director, Operations, where she eventually became the Chief of Staff.

Prior to her work at WaterAid, she was a Teacher at Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, Development Coordinator at Santa Fe Institute, Field Organizer at Grassroots Campaigns, and held internships at Tanglewood Music Center & Festival and Cincinnati Opera.

Her diverse experiences in education, non-profit operations, and strategic leadership have equipped her with a unique skill set to drive positive change in society.
