The Dobbs decision was a wake-up call, highlighting the long-standing economic disparities women face. It was a defining moment in my journey from maternity leave to championing equitable pay.

Women make up 58% of college graduates yet hold only 29% of Congressional seats. Wealth dictates whose voices are heard, with most 2016 campaign contributions from fewer than 400 families.

As we approach the 2024 election, let’s push for genuine gender equity and economic inclusion. Our daughters deserve a future where they can actually achieve their dreams. More in my latest byline for Fast Company.
