Keirnan Fowler is a hydrologist with 11 years of combined experience in the industry and academia. He kickstarted his professional journey as a consulting engineer at Sinclair Knight Merz (now Jacobs), dedicating six years to collaborating with various government and industry clients on projects related to water resources management, catchment modelling, and flood risk assessment. Transitioning to academia, Keirnan pursued a Ph.D. at the University of Melbourne from 2014 to 2017, focusing on enhancing rainfall-runoff modeling methodologies amidst changing climatic scenarios. Currently, Keirnan serves as a research fellow at the Environmental Hydrology and Water Resources Group within the Department of Infrastructure Engineering, driving forward his research in this domain.
