Recently, I was nominated for the REI Anderson Award, which I was honoured and feel grateful! Couple days ago, this came in the mail which brought me back to the day I was nominated last week- and I was able to be proud with the happiness and joy all over again.
My deafness does not show any barriers or being impacted. Occasionally, I do feel this way in, But with my payroll position shows that I have ability to provide assistances toward our employees. Now I do feel my deafness is not in my and your way. Thank you to my payroll team, and HR team!!
