With over 25 years of experience, Kindley excelled as a Sustainability and Foundation leader, focusing on fair global apparel supply chains, women's education, worker rights, and environmental impact.

She is renowned for creating innovative public-private partnerships addressing human and environmental issues across 25 countries, earning a reputation as a respected collaborator.

Kindley's board service includes roles such as the U.S. Buyer's Representative for the International Labour Organization Advisory Committee's Better Work program and a member of the UC Berkeley/Haas Center for Responsible Business Advisory Board.

Recognized for her contributions, Kindley received accolades such as the National Retail Federation's 'Giver' category award and was listed among the SF Business Times' Most Influential Women in 2015.

Her educational background includes studies at the University of Vermont and the Fashion Institute of Technology in Fashion Design and Fashion/Apparel Design.
